Here's exactly what happens during a standard 6–7 hour HFT Tourism evening desert safari.
Our driver collects you from your hotel lobby in Dubai (Downtown, Marina, JBR, Deira or Palm Jumeirah). Journey to the desert takes approx. 45–55 minutes.
Tyres are deflated for better traction, then your certified driver takes you on an exhilarating 45-minute roller-coaster ride through the Lahbab Red Dunes.
Stop at the dune crest for the golden-hour sunset shot — the most photographed moment of any Dubai desert safari. Ideal for couples and Instagram moments.
Welcome with Arabic coffee and dates. Camel rides, sandboarding, quad bikes (optional add-on), henna painting, and Arabic costume dress-up available.
A large spread of grilled meats, salads, rice, bread, soft drinks, juice and water. Vegetarian options available. Shisha available as a paid add-on at camp.
Professional belly dance show, tanoura (spinning skirt) dance, and fire show under the desert sky. Stargazing is possible on clear evenings.
Dropped back to your original pickup point. Most guests return by 9:30–10:00 PM — still enough time for a nightcap on the Marina or Dubai Creek if desired.
